Your dog must be at least 4 months of age before it can attend BooBoo’s Doggy Day Care and must be Fully Immunized and up to date with flea worm and tick treatments  Your dog must have been in Good health for a minimum 30 days before attending the day care.  Any rescue/shelter dogs need to be in your care and of good health for a minimum 3 months before attending the day care. You will need to provide copies of certificates of vaccinations and sterilization along with your application to attend the day care center.

On your dog’s first day to the center, we ask you arrive at 7am Sharp so your dog is one of the first through the door to explore the center and greet the other dogs as they arrive. This will help them settle better and give them time to adjust to being around so many other dogs. 

Once accepted at BooBoo's, Unless you're dog is attending as a DAY STAY client, you agree that your dog will attend a minimum 1 (ONE) day a week.

That your dog will attend the same day(s) each week to build a routine and make friends. 

Extra days can be added if available when requested. 

 

All owners must be in full control of their dog when coming to and from the day care center. They must wear a collar and be on a lead at all times. Once they are inside the day care center a staff member will take your dog through to the play area as we do not allow owners inside.

This is to avoid over stimulating the dogs or allowing any escape artists to run out the door.

Please do not bring your dogs personal toys/items or any food or treats to the day care center. We have treats available to purchase for the end of the day when you collect your furbaby. If your dog requires medication during its time at day care we are happy to assist. Please mark/label the medication clearly with dogs name and full instructions on administering it. If we have any issues or problems (dog biting or becoming stressed) we will contact you to request advice and/or notify you that the medication has not been given.

We at BooBoo’s Doggy Day care reserve the right to call or contact you to collect your dog in the case it shows bad behavior towards staff or other dogs, e.g. Aggression or consistent barking that we cannot resolve. It is requested you collect your dog earlier than arranged to reduce stress on others. NO refund will be given if this occurs and your dog has to be collected early.     

All dogs must be collected by no later than 6pm Sharp. If you are going to be late, please contact the center on 08 63050953. 

A late collection fee of $15 per 15 minutes will apply.

We prefer all dogs be collected by 6:00pm to avoid running over time and any late fees being applied.

I HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THIS AGREEMENT. I UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS AND THAT BY ENROLLING MY DOG AT BOOBOO'S DOGGY DAY CARE, I AGREE TO ALL WITHIN THIS AGREEMENT AND WAIVER AND RLEASE OF LIABILTY
